The Proposal Process

Providing a full-service package by being with you every step of the way, we aim to make your proposal as easy and stress-free as possible. We will coordinate using your choice of communication, and ensure everything is perfect for your day.

Step 1: The Brief

Start by completing a short client questionnaire so we can tailor your quote and schedule a 15 minute phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, location ideas, and answer any questions you have. Once the quote is approved, we’ll dive into the finer details with another phone consult, and complete the next steps.

Step 2: Location

We’ll help you coordinate the perfect spot, whether it's on the iconic Bay of Fires coastline, a scenic mountain lookout, a grassy clifftop, or even the balcony of your accommodation. We’ll also secure an undercover backup option in case of bad weather.

Step 3: The Setting

Together, we’ll design a setting that reflects your partner’s style, whether it’s romantic and luxe, or natural and relaxed. We'll customise the setup with your preferred styling and arrange any special touches like fresh flowers or personal add-ons.

Step 4: Time of Day & Grazing

With help from our photographer, we’ll guide you in choosing the best time of day for lighting and atmosphere - sunrise, sunset, or midday. Our gourmet grazing options include a Tasmanian breakfast platter for morning proposals, or a local cheese and charcuterie spread. All dietary needs are catered for.

Step 5: Logistics

if you’ve chosen to include professional photography, we will phone consult with our photographer. You’ll receive a detailed map and clear directions to your proposal picnic location. We’ll also let you know where the photographer will be hidden to capture the moment discreetly. Weather is checked 48 hours prior to confirm if we’ll use the backup location.

Step 6: Drop That Knee

This is your big moment! Bring your partner to the location (whatever story you’ve told them!) and pop the question. Once you’ve had time to soak it all in, our photographer will complete a mini photo shoot and you enjoy your picnic and and the view with your new fiance! We will return after 2 hours to pack everything up for you.
